Welcome to the Employee Relations Forum for Yorkshire and Humber. Bringing management and workforce together towards a common goal.
The Employee Relations Forum is a high profile network of HR professionals, trades union representatives, employment lawyers and academics.
We aim to contribute to the economic prosperity and social regeneration of the region by developing and promoting a positive climate of employee relations in Yorkshire and Humber.
We hold three events each year - featuring influential national and local commentators from both sides of industry - on key employment topics. Past subjects include information and consultation, pensions and age discrimination, work - life balance, managing change and diversity. The events are structured around lively debate and provide excellent opportunities to benchmark your practices against best practice. Members also benefit from opportunities to network with fellow members of the HR community.
In addition, the Forum's Steering Group works with key agencies such as Yorkshire Forward, Acas, the DTI and the region's universities to provide a strategic lead within the region on all employee relations issues.
